The game won't go past 0% on Hydra, but the file shows up in my games folder

When I look in my games folder, the game is there, but Hydra says it hasn't downloaded. I've tried this with several games and it keeps happening. In the portable version, when I don't log into my account, the game downloads and Hydra says it's downloaded, but when I log in, it goes back to being like this again. Can anyone help me?
