Another achievement bug?

Well, I tried many games such as Sekiro and RE8 and Slime Rancher and achievments worked perfectly, but Clustertruck and Bum Simulator and Internet Cafe Simulator ain’t showing any unlocked achievements, so i took a look on appdata/roaming/hydralauncher/logs/ achievements and found somehow error like this :::

What does this actually mean? and how to solve this problem
