Broken links for "start in" location when Creating Steam Link

I’d like to report a potential mistake in the “Create Steam shortcut” functionality. When adding the game it set’s the “start in” file location in full quotes, it makes sense, but actually, at least in windows, it should be without quotes. The “browse local files” functionality doesn’t work with double quotes, but removing them fixes this issue.

Ex: “D:/Games/[game folder]” should instead be: D:/Games/[game folder]
