Bug in the personalized notification

I replied to a post that was marked as "Done" so I don't know if it will be seen, that's why I'm creating a new post (and because I haven't found anyone with the same problem anywhere).

the custom notifications, when they appear, have this black rectangle around them, in the notification animation you can clearly see that it's all buggy with elements flashing, appearing and disappearing in parts. And the worst thing is that this rectangle stays on top of all the windows, even when you minimize Hydra

I'm on the latest version (3.7.1), I've changed all the nvidia and windows settings I can :(
