Calculating remaining time

I use Real-Debrid to download games, but lately it hasn't stopped at 0%, it just keeps calculating the time remaining, it hasn't stopped since it was updated, I've set it as administrator, I've stopped it in the firewall, I've uninstalled it and installed it again, on the real debrid page, it appears in my cache, but in hydra it doesn't start the download, I've changed the source and nothing. Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
