Place the Game even if it is not in Hydra's search list

Well I found myself here with the release of the unofficial port of Sonic Unleashed for PC and I realized that I can't put any game in Hydra even though Hydra is a Launcher which is strange so I would like you to add this in a next update

Summary

it would basically be that you put the game from your pc in Hydra to be shown there.
