Easy, no-code theme creation

I have some suggestions, starting with the hydra themes that would be very cool if anyone could make one with png and jpeg to incorporate into the theme in addition to presets that could be mixed, in short it would be cool to create themes without codes, in addition to personalized notifications with gifs and etc. helping people like me who don't know how to program. And thank you very much for your dedication to this wonderful project
