Desaparecimento do botão do banner de upload | Upload banner button fade out

Gostaria de saber se isso poderia aparecer e desaparecer ao passar o mouse sobre o banner, em vez de ficar permanentemente obstruindo o plano de fundo. O mesmo poderia ser dito em relação às opções de edição de perfil e de saída. Acredito que isso tornaria a interface do usuário muito mais limpa. Permitindo uma melhor experiência de visualização do perfil. Diga-me sua opinião.

I was wondering if this could fade in and fade out on mouse hover of the banner instead of permanently sticking on their obstructing the background same could be said with the edit profile and sign out options. I feel this would make the UI much cleaner. Allowing for a better profile viewing experience. Let me know your thoughts.
