Enable Self-Hosted Cloud Saves

To empower users with full control over their data, It would be awesome to provide comprehensive documentation for self-hosting the cloud save service. While the application is open source, the current cloud backup feature is provided as a SaaS, and detailed setup instructions are necessary for those who wish to host it independently.
