I found a bug where the screen keeps shaking

i found a bug in hydra when the vertical synchronization of the Nvidia cards is on fast the hydra starts to bug a lot literally it gets shaking and flashing a lot to the point that it is impossible to move it. (i discovered this bug because i have the problem of screen tearing)

if you can fix it, I'd really appreciate it

I have an Rtx 3050 video card
