FEAT : Button "Sort By" and "Category"

Pls add a button to sort games and another to filter by categories.

For “Sort By” :
- Release Date (Ascending / Descending)
- Name (A-Z / Z-A)

For “Category” :
Use the categories already present in the launcher.
