Gray background when opening game cards

I ran into this problem on two different computers (laptop and desktop computer). Everything works except opening the game cards. When clicked and opened, just a gray background appears. Restarting computers and reinstalling from the official website do not help. Deleting the hydra-launcher folder too. I installed the launcher on the hospital just this evening and this error immediately appeared. At the same time, everything else in the launcher works.
