hydra cloud not properly backing up

recently found out after getting a fresh windows 10 install that a game i sunk nearly 4 hours into just wasnt backed up properly. i know this because when loading the backup it will load no files at all despite the backup saying its 2.9MB in total. but loading one of the newly created ones, being 1.3MB will load just fine. i delete the 1.3MB backup and then load the 2.9MB and refresh the dir and nothing appears, but the folder appears when loading the 1.3MB save that was created upon launching the game. and yes, the save that i was originally playing on was pinned so it wouldnt be overwritten by hydra cloud.
