HYDRA IN LINUX [Windows could take advantage]

-Add a startup option, I've highlighted Linux because through it we can activate some important options, such as gamemode or gamescope, but Windows can take advantage by forcing a dx12 or fullscreen, even though Windows doesn't need it as much as Linux. [If anyone uses Linux and is reading this, use Lutris to play this role for now].
