Integration of an "I Can Run It" system within Hydra

Summary of idea:
Add a feature to Hydra that automatically analyzes the user's hardware and compares it with the requirements of the games available on the platform, telling you whether the game will run well or not - similar to the old Can You Run It website, but fully integrated and with Hydra's visual identity.

🌐 How it would work:

1. Automatic system diagnostics
   A small software client, installed together with Hydra, would identify the main components of the user's PC (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc.) and store them locally or in the user's profile.

2. Comparison with game requirements
   When visiting a game page, Hydra would compare the system data with the minimum and recommended requirements, generating an instant visual diagnosis:

   • ✅ Runs smoothly at maximum

   • ⚠️ Runs, but with adjustments

   • ❌ Not recommended for your current system
