Login/register window isn't working

Hello, I have a problem with Hydra Launcher on a Windows. When I attempting to login with Hydra account, I am pressing the Login button on the main page and in window, where login page supposed to appear, I see a just black window without everything. 8 months ago some user wrote this bug report too, but no one replied to him. Please, help me.
