Manual save certain files rather than folders

For example, spelunky 2's save files are in the main folder of the game, but Hydra saves the files above in the image. When I click manual mapping method I can only choose folders, but Spelunky's save file is in the main directory of the game, meaning it uploads the entire game folder instead of just the two files I want it to backup. Is there anyway I could change this?

As you can see, can only manually backup folders rather than just the files, so instead of the two files I would have to backup like 3GB.
