Offline mode and Achievements

Functionality Suggestion - Offline Mode and Achievements

I would like to suggest that the Hydra Launcher have an offline mode similar to the Steam system, where the user can continue to monitor the hours of play and make progress on achievements even without an internet connection. When the user is online again, the Launcher could automatically synchronize the hours played and the achievements obtained.

Proposed features:

1. Counting Hours Offline: During disconnection, the Launcher should be able to continue counting the hours played, to ensure that the user's progress is recorded.

2. Manual Synchronization Button: If automatic synchronization is not possible, include a button that allows the user to force the hours and achievements to be updated when the connection is re-established.

3. Offline Achievements: Allow the user to earn and record achievements even without being online, so that they don't lose progress when playing without internet. When online again, the achievements would be synchronized with the profile

For me, who lives in a country that is difficult to access, it's a bit difficult because hydra doesn't synchronize my hours of play and sometimes the achievements come without icons or don't even appear when I'm offline
