Show a warning or update indicator when synchronizing fonts

When a user plays a lot of games that are released or in beta, it's very common for us to need to constantly update the games, because of bugs or even new content, but updating a game in Hydra ends up being very unintuitive, so I wanted to recommend that when the sources are synchronized with Hydra, something should indicate, either in a pop-up, a numeric icon or even a different color on the games, that they have a new download option available, which would make it much easier for us to know if something new has come out, be it DLC, a new version, language or any other novelty.
