SEEDING SETTINGS

It would be good to implement a function to disable the python codes that do the SEEDING of the download as this causes Hydra to use a lot of memory just downloading the games, some option that you can download the games without doing the seed at the same time but it would be even more ideal to leave this option on by default so as not to harm the seeds of the games and would only disable those who really felt the need.
