Seeds e Peers e Trackers

It would be good if there was an option to add peers, seeds and trackers, either by file or within the program itself, just like in torrent download programs, this could help with slow downloads, I have an internet of 300 mb which gives around 37 MB per second, but it doesn't even come close to that, it rarely downloads anything at 10 MB per second, while in torrent I've seen it reach the possible limit using the trackers that anyone can find on the internet.
