File selector for download

Instead of having to download all the files in the game, you could choose which files you want to download, as is traditionally done in torrents. It saves a lot of disk space and that way I can leave the games in seed, I always delete language that I don't use and then the game can't go into seed because it doesn't match the torrent copy in size.
