Small issue about Achievement Notification Pop Up

In most games that only support Fullscreen mode the achievement pop up doesn’t appear but we could still hear the sound, But in other modes like borderless fullscreen mode games it appears aswell, since i have some knowledge about this problem i may help you guys to try to just make these achievement notifications “Always on Top” which will force pop ups to appear in any screen mode
